General Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Arreno-Logistics

1. Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Arreno-GmbH, Brunnenstrasse 23, CH-3123 Belp (hereinafter “Arreno Logistics”), and its customers concerning transport, logistics, and special services.

1.2 Deviating terms from the customer will be recognised only if Arreno Logistics has agreed to them in writing.

2. Subject of the Contract

2.1 Arreno-Logistics provides transport and logistics services, including:

• Standard and SME transports
• Express deliveries (incl. “Oh-Shit-Express”)
• Motorcycle courier for small, time-critical deliveries
• Special services performed by trained all-rounder personnel

2.2 The nature, scope, and timing of services result from the relevant order confirmation.

3. Placement of Orders

3.1 Orders may be placed in writing, by email, or by telephone.

3.2 Arreno-Logistics confirms every order in writing or by email. The contract is concluded only upon such confirmation.

4. Service Times and 24/7 Service

4.1 Standard deliveries are made by arrangement.

4.2 Express and emergency transports (“Oh-Shit-Express”) are available around the clock.

4.3 The motorcycle courier is deployed only in safe weather conditions; the safety of riders and goods has the highest priority.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 The customer ensures that consignments are properly packed and suitable for transport.

5.2 All information required for the order (address, contact details, delivery times) must be transmitted correctly.

5.3 The customer is liable for damage attributable to incomplete or incorrect information.

6. Prices and Payment Terms

6.1 The prices agreed in each case apply. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are exclusive of VAT.

6.2 Invoices are payable net within 14 days without deduction.

6.3 In case of late payment, Arreno-Logistics reserves the right to charge default interest and reminder costs.

7. Liability

7.1 Arreno-Logistics is liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

7.2 Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

7.3 Arreno-Logistics assumes no liability for damages caused by improper packaging, incorrect addresses, or force majeure.

8. Special Services / All-Rounder Personnel

8.1 Special services performed by trained personnel support simple craft and assembly tasks.

8.2 Responsibility for proper execution remains with the customer.

8.3 Arreno-Logistics assumes no liability for damages arising from the performance of special services unless caused by gross negligence.

9. Withdrawal / Cancellation

9.1 The statutory provisions on withdrawal apply to standard orders.

9.2 For express, emergency, or special services, cancellation after order confirmation is possible only in exceptional cases and by written agreement.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Arreno-Logistics collects, processes, and uses personal data exclusively for order processing and within the scope of GDPR/DSG.

10.2 Disclosure to third parties takes place only insofar as it is necessary for the provision of services.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 Amendments or supplements to the contract require written form.

11.2 Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

11.3 Place of jurisdiction: Belp, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
